• Consented on Park Square Homes as our developer/builder of choice

• The core team evaluated 2 finalists – ECC and PSH

• PSH was selected based on multiple criteria including experience with Indian community development and financially superior proposition

• PSH has acquired an existing tract of land that has undergone the due diligence phase, a portion of which can be used for Ashiana – exploring “Option 2”

• Have ~ 27 “Founding Team” members with $501 deposits from each

• We are accepting additions to this list until 30 Sep 2023
